This adorable dress from 1963 was made by American label, Cay Artely, who were known for their flattering fit and superb tailoring.

She is made of a rayon crepe with an ivory base and has an abstract bamboo print in shades of grey, greenish-gold, green and lilac.
The neckline is faced, and the bodice is lined to the front with a centre seam and a lapped metal zip to the back, finished with a hook & eye.

There is delightful V pleat detailing to the front of the bodice down to the waistband which leads to a full pleated skirt. A hand-finished short sleeve and hemline complete this beauty.

Please note we have styled her with a stretch elasticated belt which is not included with the dress but you can find all our currently available belts here should you wish to add one.

Condition
