Returns & Cancellations
Order Cancellation or Amendment
It’s our aim to get your pretty things out to you as quickly as possible, but if you need to make an amendment or cancellation, email us ASAP at email@example.com or call the boutique with your required changes and if we can accommodate before your order has shipped then we certainly will!
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to help: please always first contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and item/s you wish to return or exchange.
We will generate an ARN (Authorised Returns Number) and full instructions for return.
Returns cannot be accepted without this number and we may miss the request if you do not use this specific email for your returns.
You will need to request to return the item/s within 14 days for a refund of the item/s or exchange/credit on goods.
Please note that for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on underwear/swimwear/hosiery and pierced earrings. Our gift cards are also non-returnable, as are our special outlet Final Sale items as described and our Retro Revibe items per their description.
Returns may not be accepted if the following criteria are not met;
*Items should have original tags attached
*Items should be in the same condition as they were received
*Items should be unworn
*Items should be in saleable condition
No refund can be given on items returned to Voluptuous Vintage after 28 days. Your statutory rights are not affected.
