Order Cancellation or Amendment
It’s our aim to get your pretty things out to you as quickly as possible, but if you need to make an amendment, add or remove any items to your order or request a cancellation, email us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org with your required changes and if we can accommodate before your order is shipped then we certainly will.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to help: please first contact us at email@example.com with your order number and item/s you wish to return or exchange.
We will generate an ARN (Authorised Returns Number) and full instructions for return. Returns cannot be accepted without this number. You will need to request to return the item/s within 14 days for a refund of your item/s or exchange/credit for goods.
Please note that for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on underwear/swimwear/hosiery, cosmetic products and pierced earrings.
Returns may not be accepted if the following criteria are not met;
*Items should have original tags attached
*Items should be in the same condition as they were received
*Items should be unworn
*Items should be in saleable condition
No refund can be given on items returned to Voluptuous Vintage after 28 days. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, Retro Revibe items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the item refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
