1970s Berkertex Grecian Goddess Cocktail Lounge Dress
This glorious classic cocktail dress from the 70s, of which Mrs Robinson would surely be proud, is a navy sateen jersey fabric with an exquisite drape and movement perfect for dancing.
It features a slight scoop boatneck with gathering beneath the rounded neckline, and a waistband with the original belt loops and two decorative silver hoops from which three belt strands are threaded, lending a Grecian aesthetic. The diaphanous navy chiffon sleeves have some volume, are finished at the wrist with fabric cuffs and a silver lattice button, and the dress secures with a back zip fastening. There is some stretch through the bust and hip but the waist is fixed.
Excellent, no flaws or issues to note.
