Cotton dress in black with a full swing skirt that can accommodate a petticoat.  Bodice has a squared off sweetheart neckline in contrast white with black polkadots and 3 decorative black buttons down the front Finished with a cap sleeve. 

Excellent condition.

No size label, but best fit for a UK 16.
