1960s Petal Print Jeannie Scooter Dress

A fun petal print scooter dress with front zip fastening. Finished with a rounded collar and pussy bow tie. The caramel base wtih pink petal print throughout is a delightful multi-seasonal style and even has a small amount of stretch with good recovery. The short sleeve has a turn up cuff and it has the original co-ordinating belt.

Condition
The fabric buckle on the belt had a tear in the fabric which we have repaired to the best of our ability, and don't think it's very noticeable when worn. Otherwise the dress is in excellent condition.

Measurements and details

All vintage clothing is measured with the garment flat and measurements doubled for width. Please compare these measurements to a garment that fits you well as often there is very little or no give in vintage fabrics.

Bust: 44-49 inches
Waist: 37-41 inches
Hips:  48-52 inches
Length from shoulder to hem :42 inches 

There is no usable seam allowance for alterations but there is a 3" hem which could be lowered if desired.

Our model, Miss Gill, is 5'5"/165cm tall and usually wears a VV size Hedy (one size bigger than this dress).
