1960s Richard Shops Monochrome Mod Scooter Dress

With a nod to Mondrian colour blocking, this 60s dress from British label, Richard Shops, really is everything you imagine from the era.  Stark white and black colour blocking panels in the bodice, with a black and white checkerboard panel between, a long white sleeve with an elasticated cuff, and a truly stunning sunray pleated skirt in the checkerboard.  

The pleats are still nice and sharp, giving the skirt plenty of volume. There is a back lapped metal zipper and a hook and eye to the back. Now.  Where did I park my Vespa?
