1980s Does 60s Floral Carousel Dress
Now this is a curious little kitten!
This dress was definitely constructed in the 80s but the fabric is almost certainly from the 1960s. In addition this is a very classic carousel dress that was made popular in the late 60s and early 70s. (This is defined by the flat straight panel to the front of the skirt, and the gathered tiers around the hip.)
It has a fab cottage core, Laura Ashley vibe, with a blue and lilac flower posy print on a woven cotton linen blend and has a slightly slubbed linen texture. A square neckline and elasticated short puff sleeves complete this adorable prairie look.
Excellent, no issues of note.
