Stunning fresh white dress from the late 70s from the Janique label, made in England.

Ditsy heart print in red, green and blue on a white base with shadow striping that was popular in this period. A stand-up mandarin collar has contrast red piping that follows down into an open 'V' that then comes together and travels down as a double pipe to the waist.
The piping is also featured on the shoulders giving an epaulette effect.

The skirt of the dress falls into sunray pleating creating a swoop and fullness also synonymous of the time. The fabric has some stretch and the waist is elasticated; it is slightly sheer and you may wish to wear a slip underneath. There are original thread belt loops but no original belt. We have paired this with one of our standard elasticated belts in red. (not included)
